I am LOVING smoothie bowls right now.

They are such a delicious way to get nutrients in, are quick and easy to make and provide so much energy for the day.

Here is a recipe for a simple, yet delicious green smoothie bowl.


Green Power Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana

3 handfuls spinach

1/2 cucumber

1 cup almond/coconut milk

Blend, pour into a bowl and add fruit, nuts, chia seeds, granola etc.
